Upon placing an order or through the newsletter form, the consumer can disable the ‘tick’ that gives permission for commercial e-mails to be sent for similar Bavaria products, by using the relevant opt-out. If this is not done, the permission thus granted may be withdrawn at any given time.

For the purpose of processing orders, the (personal) data and e-mail of the consumer will be stored in an electronic file. This file will not be sold or provided to any third party, unless the processing of the order requires it (e.g. in connection with delivery).
